Black/Nerone rice is medium grain rice from Italy. Very popular in Northern Italy where it is grown. It is less a Glutinous rice great for risotto, rice salads – creamy yet still having a “bite”.

Rich in essential amino acids, fibre, vitamin B5, minerals like calcium, iron, zinc and selenium.
