Sugo Al Pmodoro is bursting with rich, Italian flavours, this convenient, ready-to-use sauce takes the fuss out of cooking, concentrated basic sauce and made from tomato pulp, concentrated tomato paste, onions, basil, sea salt and a pinch of sugar.
There are no limits to your imagination when it comes to refining it, whether with veal and a little Barbera as a Bolognese sauce or with tuna and pepperoncino cheese.
